Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the gadget in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
